The Department of Mines and Mineral Resources for the state of Arizona
is located one
mile west of downtown Phoenix and two blocks east of the state capitol.
From I-10, take the 7th Avenue exit south to Washington. Turn west
(right) to 15th Avenue. DMMR is on the northwest corner of 15th Avenue
and Washington.
From I-17 southbound, take the Jefferson exit east to 15th Avenue. Turn
north (left) to 15th Avenue and Washington. DMMR is on the northwest
corner of 15th Avenue and Washington.
Parking
Free visitor parking is available north of DMMR. The entrance
is located on the south side of the building on Washington.
Other parking lots in the capital mall area may also be used.
